Tickets purchased online, over the phone, or in the store are non-refundable and due to limited availabilty on the boat, the date/time of your trip can not be changed.
The Calico Jack sails rain or shine. If the Captain decides that the weather is too inclement (such as high wind or substantial fog), and the boat does not leave the dock, a refund will be given to all customers. The Calico Jack needs a minimum of 8 people in the off-season and 10 people in the in-season per trip. If we do not reach our minimum capacity you will receive a refund.
(Rain check Policy: If the boat returns to the dock less than 1.5 hours after the trip’s start time, a free ticket for the number of adults/ children will be issued. If the boat returns 1.5 hours after the trip’s start time, a free rod rental will be given for each person. Rain check does not expire)
